Smarter Scapes solves yard & flooding problems! May 2010 David came to my home looked at my rain drain off problem designed a drawing, gave a detailed bid & resolved our long-time basement flooding problem! Work crew was efficient; detail-oriented and left the yard pristine!

I needed for the rainwater to flow anywhere but under my house! It was damaging the foundation over the years. David with Smarter Scapes and their crew graded my yard, changing the flow of the rainwater and had it back covered in beautiful grass in record time.
