What is a paver overlay?

A paver overlay installs premium concrete pavers directly over your existing concrete, asphalt, or gravel surface. No tear-out, no demolition, no hauling debris to a landfill. It's faster, cleaner, and more affordable than a traditional replacement — and the results are stunning.

How long does installation take?

Most residential driveway overlays are completed in approximately 2 days. Larger projects like patios, pool decks, or commercial installations may take longer depending on size and complexity. We'll give you an accurate timeline during your free consultation.

Can I drive on pavers immediately?

Yes! Unlike poured concrete that needs days to cure, you can walk and drive on your new pavers the moment our crew finishes. No waiting, no roping off your driveway.

What surfaces can you overlay?

We overlay concrete, asphalt, and gravel. As long as your existing surface is structurally sound, we can install beautiful pavers right on top.

How does overlay cost compare to tear-out?

Paver overlays typically cost significantly less than a full tear-out and replacement — around $8 to $12 per square foot installed, versus the higher cost of demolition, hauling, and disposal. We provide transparent pricing with no surprises.

How much does a paver overlay cost per square foot?

Paver overlay pricing typically runs $8–$12 per square foot installed, depending on paver selection, project size, and site conditions. We provide an exact, itemized quote during your free consultation.

What brands do you use?

We use premium materials from Techo-Bloc, Belgard, and County Materials — engineered for durability, beauty, and Tennessee's freeze-thaw climate.

What warranties do you offer?

Every project comes with a 1-year installation warranty plus a lifetime warranty on the concrete pavers themselves.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We've partnered with Acorn Finance to offer competitive rates and flexible payment plans, with no impact to your credit score to check your rate.

Do you work on commercial projects?

Absolutely. We handle both residential and commercial projects — we're Nashville's leading installer of permeable pavers for commercial stormwater management.
